I will be awaiting the tankouban (released in January next year, yay!)of Kuroshitsuji and just like all the other fans i hope that the adaptation changes will be kept to a minimum (a smaller piccie of Sebastioa just wouldn't do!) and that hopefully, even if you can't serialize the light novel in the mag, then at least release it separately, 'cos i've seen the Japanese Kuro novel and it is intensely gorgeous *drools* Still, no matter what happens, you'll definitely have this fan lining up to own Kuroshitsuji!! Thank you Yen Press!!!X3 Congrats!! The series definitely deserves the extra TLC~ Just one bit of "research" I thought I'd save you from (and anyway, it's kind of an obscure reference)--I believe at the beginning of chapter 1, there's a tagline that reads "Kuroku, Tadashiku, Utsukushiku"--it's an homage to the Takarazuka All-Female Revue, whose official motto is "Kiyoku, Tadashiku, Utsukushiku." It's a reference fellow Takarazuka fans would get (a lot of shoujo mangaka are really into Takarazuka these days, aren't they? It shows up more and more~ ^__^), and while there aren't so many here in the West, we'd still get an extra kick out of it if you noted this allusion. :) Also, it's just an incredibly funny play on the original quote--instead of doing things "Purely, Properly, and Beautifully" like a Takarasienne, Sebastian does it "BLACKLY, Properly and Beautifully"--LOL~~~~~~ Good luck on the adaptation--I'm definitely looking forward to it!!
