Friday evening is the Yen Press panel: 5:30-6:30 in Room 4! As if Black Butler weren’t enough, we have a number of other new and exciting announcements that we can’t wait to share with the world! And there’s a veeeery good chance we’ll have some swag to give away as well…
As an EXTRA-SPECIAL treat, NaRae Lee, artist of Maximum Ride, is coming all the way from Korea to join us in the Yen Press booth (#1118) from 1-2 on Friday and from 3-4 on Saturday! Be sure to stop by to say hello and get her signature!
And speaking of Max, we’ll be handing out copies of our anniversary issue featuring a Maximum Ride poster and the first chapter of Black Butler, free of charge! AND if you sign up for our mailing list at the Con, you will be entered to win an original piece of art from Soul Eater creator Atsushi Ohkubo!!! Aw, I wish I were eligible…
Make sure you stop by BOOTH #1118! We look forward to meeting you there!; cialis online prescription

This is one of those instances where I really wish my family hadn’t moved from West Covina. Yes, it’s still far away from San Diego but it’s actually somewhat reasonable as opposed to the BAY AREA. Man! I really want to go! Especially since NaRae’s gunna be there!! I wanna get her autograph and tell her that she looks super adorable!! XD

HOW CNA YOU GUYS. I GAVE UP SHONEN JUMP FOR YOU GUYS. AND WHAT DID YOU DO, YOU BRING IN TWILIGHT INTO YOUR little CREATIVE TREE. BECAUSE OF YOUR TRY ON GETTING ADDITONAL READERS I WILL NEVER READ YOUR MAGIZENES, YOUR GRAPHIC NOVELS, OR YOUR ANIME. ALSO I WILL NEVER READ MANGA OR WATCH ANIME EVER AGAIN UNTIL I RECOVER. SO I’M HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY. BUT DON’T MIND LOSING ONE OR TWO DEVOTED READERS EVERY SINCE ISUE ONE, YOU WILL GAIN MILLIONS OF WIMPY, USELESS, TEENAGERS AND 40-YEAR OLD MEN AND WOMEN BECAUSE OF YOUR GRAPHIC NOVEL. SO GOOD-BYE YEN PRESS, GOODBYE YEN PRESS, AND GOODBYE MY DREAMS OF GOING TO JAPAN. ALSO I WILL LOSE FRIENDS BECAUSE OF YOU.

my friend is at the con and I asked her to stop by the booth to see if she could get me a copy of Kieli. She said the Twilight fans were swarming the booth and that the people manning the Manga section were totally ignoring her and wouldn’t stop chatting with each other… Thought I’d mention it. She visited the booth twice today with no luck.
I am hoping that it’s just first day kinks.

An; I too would go
Full-time job keeps me at home
I’m there in spirit
July 24th, 2009 at 1:52 AM
Wish I could go.
Just finished Kieli last night, what a fantastic novel! I can’t wait for volume 2. I was a little nervous at first because the book gave off the impression it was mainly targeted at the female audience, but it has plenty for the male readers.
Now how about going and bringing over ‘Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu’ novel as well.

Why can’t readers just get along…this “I hate this therefore I hate you” attitude is a little immature.
I wish I could go T_T
The local news station only covered the “Green Hornet” car. That is what the internet is for

I want to request the novel Thoma no shinzo ~ Lost heart for Thoma ~ written by Mori Hiroshi whit drawings by Moto Hagio. Editorial Media Factory. Its a novelization of a classic shoujo manga, is nor too strong in sexual content as Kaze to ki no uta, but i think TnS has stronpoints in the relation between the protagonists.
Thank you in advance.
